Stutzman Homes and Designs is happy to help you begin your project and answer any questions you have. We know that this process can feel overwhelming and daunting. With a lifetime of experience in the building industry we come alongside you to guide you through your project.

A deposit is not required for a consultation regarding your project. Once you choose us as your project manager and builder, we will present you with a contract and discuss the payment process. 

We do offer a free, one-time, on-site consultation. Your project needs careful inspection regarding how we can make your vision a reality. This generally requires an on-site visit by one or more of our team members. At your on-site visit we will offer you our best advice and opinion on how to move forward with your project.
